Refund policy

Return period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. This period applies to private and to business customers alike. Private customers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; our own period of 30 days is therefore longer.

Conditions

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item is in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • You can provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Requesting a return

Request your return at support@mrhoof.com. Include your order number and the article number. Once approved, you will receive a return label with instructions.

Never send items back without an approved return request. We cannot process shipments that reach us without a request.

What cannot be returned

  • Opened adhesives, hoof packings and silicones. These products have a limited shelf life and cannot be resold once opened.
  • Items ordered specially for you, and made-to-measure work.
  • Items without their original packaging.

Damage or the wrong item

Check your order on arrival. If an item is damaged or faulty, or you received something other than what you ordered, contact us straight away at support@mrhoof.com. This does not fall under the conditions above; we will sort it out for you.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days to the payment method you used. You will receive confirmation of this.
