Delivery area
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For other
EU countries you can contact us at support@mrhoof.nl.

Delivery times
- Netherlands: 1-2 working days after ordering
- Belgium: 2-3 working days
- Germany: 2-4 working days

Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are
shipped the same day.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on
weight and destination.

Free shipping from €150 (Netherlands only).

Track & Trace
After dispatch you receive a tracking code by email with which you can follow your
order.

Parcel not received?
Have you not received your parcel on the expected delivery date? Please
contact us at support@mrhoof.nl with your order number.

Damage in transit
Do you find damage to the packaging or the product on receipt?
Report this within 48 hours at support@mrhoof.nl with photos, so that we
can arrange a solution for you straight away.
